gelato
in the bus, on our way to the office this morning, i got a glimpse of what was in the news.. aside from the local events and saddam's trial.. 'the art of gelato making'.. hmmm.. looks interesting.. =)so i decided not to take my im-still-sleepy-it's-an-hour-ride-to-the-office nap yet.. it was just a short feature that they divided and showed little by little all throughout the news show.. i ended up not taking my nap at all.. bummer! =p
but i did learn something though.. hehehe.. gelato is the italian for ice cream.. but nowadays, gelato is often associated with that is smoother and more flavorful than the regular ice cream..
the particular store they featured is 100% fat free.. you can eat as much as your wallet can buy.. =p
in the ancient times.. gelato is simply snow with honey.. =D
