my day
we woke up at 6am to get ready and then headed to mc donalds for breakfast.. *sings:* 'im so excited, and i just cant hide it!'
we were on our way to sentosa for my birthday gift by 815am.. at exactly 9am we arrived at harbourfront tower two where we will be entering sentosa from..
there are 3 ways to get to sentosa.. by car (which we dont have.. ehe), by bus and by the cable car.. and since this is a special day.. hahaha.. we opted for the cable car ride.. and to make things more exciting.. we took the glass cabin instead of the normal one.. all glass, even the floor..
i was all stiff and tense all throughout the ride.. my pangga tried his best to calm me down.. but i just couldnt let go of the seat handle..
halfway through the ride, i got the courage to hold the camera on one hand and take pictures.. making sure that my other hand was still on the handle.. =p

we were 15 minutes late for the gift that my pangga got me.. but the staff were so kind to have the other participants wait for a few minutes.. while my pangga was paying, the lady at the cashier asked how old i was.. i said 'im 26 today!!!' (with feelings.. hahahah!) 'so it's your birthday today?'.. yes! yes! (again with feelings..)
and off i went to the locker and got changed.. for what? for the Swim With The Dolphins program!!! *cartwheel* =D

ill be uploading a couple of video clips when my pangga is done transferring from the video cam to his laptop.. =D
we swam with the pink dolphins.. but did you know that pink dolphins are born with a grey color.. and they get their pink color as they mature..

we swam for a good (great!) hour with the younger dolphins han and yang.. there were seven of us in the program..
tricks/commands we learned for the dolphins to execute:
- bowing
- singing
- dancing
- goodbye
- that's it for now

my favorite part was when we got to ride them.. well, not really ride.. more of hold on their dorsal fins and swim with them.. we were going so fast that i felt like i was aquaman for a couple of seconds.. =D
after we got a kiss from jumbo..

we were asked to sit on the walkway for the painting session =) here's the painting that jumbo did for me =D kewl huh?

i still wanted to play with the dolphins but sadly the program is over.. and han and yang have to get ready for their 11am show..
i took a quick shower and was in time for the show.. when i got out of the shower one of the staff was waiting for me to give me the freebies.. my polaroid pictures with jumbo, my swim the dolphins shirt and lastly, the painting of jumbo.. but wait! she handed me another plastic bag and said "here's something for you from all of us coz we know it's your birthday =D" woohoo! a gift! =D it was a pink stuffed toy dolphin that makes a sound when you press its belly =D
where's my pangga during all the excitement? he was busy taking photos of me and capturing the event in video as well.. *hugs pangga tight!* awabyu panggako! *muah*
after the dolphin show, we ate and hanged out at delifrance for a while.. pagod na yung photographer ko e.. hehehe.. =D

then we went to the underwater world.. this was still included in the package that my pangga got me.. on the way to the underwater world, i spotted this tattoo booth.. =D and yup! you're right, i got one kewl tattoo! =D

here are some of the pictures inside the underwater world.. o yeah.. i got to hold a small shark (bamboo shark) here.. both my pangga and i were enjoying ourselves on the touch pool that we forgot to take a picture.. it was still fun though, when i placed my hand on the water most of the fishes went on our spot.. i guess they could smell the dolphin scent on me.. hahahah!

then off we go to check out the gals and guys on the beach.. siloso beach!
i met bala on the way to the beach..

bala and me!

another gal we met on the way =D
after a few minutes walk we realized that we dont know where to go next.. we saw a sign that says Images of Sentosa (museum).. we followed it and ended up taking an unexpected nature walk.. *hingal hingal* there was a fork on the road.. we followed the one going to the museum.. but halfway through, the trail ended and didnt know where to go.. no choice but to take the other route.. here's where we ended up.. at the Earth Dragon..

right beside the earth dragon was the new ride.. the sentosa luge.. it was sort of a go cart ride.. we bought 3 rides each.. =D it was fast (it was going downhill) and there were a lot of curves on the road that me feel like i was a top driver.. mwahahaha!
it was fun until we had to take the chair lift back to the starting point.. it was so scary... we'll at least for me.. as my pangga was having a blast while i was hyperventilating and crying at the same time.. the chair lift was like that on the mountains.. when you go skiing.. i was f*cking scare.. excuse the language.. but i really was.. there was a point that i wanted to jump just to get it over with.. *suicidal* hehehe.. =p
we ended our day with a dinner at subway.. *sigh* *hingal hingal* *bow* *cartwheel ulit* =D

Wow. What a birthday!!! I get what you mean, about the cable car. Ayoko din sumasakay sa ganun. Sa HK Ocean Park, meron din ganun. Scaaary. But when I visit Sing, I'd still go for another cable car ride. I really don't learn. Or maybe I don't scare easy. Hehehe.
Great birthday Jane!!! *claps*
