chili crab ala rivera
my pangga and i decided to try and cook our very own chili crab.. it was a public holiday yesterday.. which gives us a lot of time to prepare.. (or not.. hehe.. we just slept the whole morning..)here's the recipe..
it was quite easy.. a couple of tears here and there, burning of the face, hands, and eyes.. and we're done!
my pangga and i make a pretty good team.. =) he took care of the crabs (i cant cut them into halves by myself.. plus i was rendered handicapped for most of the cooking time.. huhuhu..).. i made the sauce.. (at least i was still able to make the sauce..) =pthe whole experience was great inspite of my booboos on the side.. we were dancing to the song 'you look wonderful tonight' while waiting for the crab to turn red =)
NOTE TO SELF: do not seed chilis with bare hands! and if, for whatever reason you did, DO NOT touch any part of your body! especially your eyes!

wow, "mister at misis" na talaga ang dating! heheh! i would like to try those chili crabs.... looks, uhmmm, looks like crabs, hehehe! =P
