dinner @ ichiban boshi
my pangga and i went for a dinner date last night.. japanese food!the location of the store was kewl! it's one of the many restaurants around the suntech fountain.. what makes it even great (aside from the fact that im with my pangga.. =D) is that by the time we got our seats at ichiban.. the laser show was just starting.. we can clearly see it from where we are seated.. that was the first time i saw the laser show.. =)
we had california handrolls for starters.. para siyang california maki.. pero iba ang presentation.. wrapped in seawead folded like an ice cream cone..
and soft crabs! yummy! this was my fave for the night..
for our main meal.. both of us got the set meal.. that comes with chilled noodles to be dipped in a sauce that tastes like it has a little wine in it.. and sticky rice topped with chicken mixed with egg.. yung kay pangga yata pork or beef.. bu definitely not chicken.. and the egg on his bowl was not yet that cooked.. malasado.. which is how it is suppose to be.. then may side dish of veggies that we didnt eat because we didnt know what they are.. hahaha! and last.. the orange slices..
it would sound a lot nicer if i was able to remember the name of the food we ordered.. pero hirap tandaan e.. next time, ill write it down.. hahaha!
and another note to self.. bring camera!!!
nga pla.. green tea to end the meal.. haaaay.. busog!
it was a great meal.. i was a bit tired from using the chopsticks though.. (yup! still learning how to use these wooded sticks that causes me to have my food flying around.. messy!)
