Reminiscing at Tapsi...
Tapsi is a place near UST, along Asturias where students would hang out at night.. at night, meaning over beers, sisig and kropek.. =D
Our kada met there last night to make the most out of the time that beng is still here.. she'll be leaving for the US (permanently), a few days after her wedding on August 11.. everybody was laughing and drinking like the good old days.. back in college, we had this friday group that would meet up, well, every friday night and just hang out (& drink.. hehehe)..
mhelmhel brought a couple of albums that had our high school pixs.. yeah, this kada goes way back in high school.. kewl huh? =) we made fun of how we look back then and how we look now.. there were little changes for some of us.. we kinda look the same.. this goes for.. let's see.. harbie, mua, jong, jay-r, borj.. well, for most of us actually.. =D big diff for gian, dante & rommel.. hehehe.. ill try and look for a before and after picture of our kada then you decide for yourself how we've changed over the past years..
i miss gatherings like this.. simple yet fun.. a few drinks and stories is all there is to it.. and before we know it, it's already early morning.. time to say goodbye once again..
everytime we meet up.. something changes.. someone's getting married or engaged or having a child or leaving for another country.. we're really moving on and living our lives separately.. i do hope that even with these changes, the friendship will remain.. and even if we only get to see each other every couple of years or so (in the near future).. it'll be like we've never been apart at all..
