... the Lobster
i was blog hopping when i chance upon the blog of my friend, netnet (ei gurl!), about seahorses and monogamy.. they say seahorses are monogamous creatures that keep one partner for life.. even after one of them dies.. (awwww..)
but this blog is not about seahorses.. =p
my friend's blog just reminded me of an episode of F.R.I.E.N.D.S where phoebe was saying that ross and rachel will end up together.. she said "she's his lobster.." while making this clasp ring sign with her thumb and index fingers..
so what's with the lobster.. what's with this creature that looks like a giant bug..
.. they mate for life
.. they walk hand in hand along the bottom of the ocean (this was what phoebe was trying to imitate with her hands)
.. they raise their young
according to an article i read.. lobster are social creatures but in a hateful way.. they despise each other.. =S
it's true though that they walk hand in hand but not in an affectionate kind of way.. rather.. this is a game, a deadly game of chicken.. the "claw lock".. they wanna see who chickens out first.. that's the one time they 'hold hands'.. geez! talk about aggresive!
o well.. i just thought that the lobster stands for something romantic like the seahorse..
but to be fair.. they do taste great! =D hehehe..
