our photo and video
we started off with RJM Digital Photo in mind.. he has the most affordable package we've seen so far.. mr. lising, the owner, was very accomodating when we met him at a bridal fair im megamall sometime last june..we went to their office last tuesday.. to our dismay, the shots on the sample albums were not that good.. the candid shots and moments captured.. the albums were nice (physically) though.. leather with a unique lock.. but still we're after the photos, right? with that we decided to check out other photographers the following day.. the ones referred by our AE at fernwood..
we went to wally gonzales first (along jupiter, makati).. too expensive.. =( i could say that he may be the leading supplier for photo and video when it comes to the final product.. but then again we only have a certain budget..
ariel javelosa was next.. it was difficult finding their office.. we got lost several times =S the travel took most of our time that i almost decided not to pay them a visit.. well, we got there eventually.. thanks to my h2b's outstanding navigational skills.. hehe =D
the photos were nice and crisp.. their general manager was very makulit (funny to the point of being annoying sometimes.. just sometimes, though).. the video was second only to that of wally's but the price of the most expensive package was 30k++ lower..
my h2b and i agreed that we would invest on photos and video.. he wanted to book ariel javelosa already.. but i still wanted to check other options..
we checked out jaime elizaga and almost went to QC to check out smartshots by lito genilo..
to make the long story short.. my h2b was right.. we eventually ended up burning our time looking for other photographers when we already know that we would be booking ariel javelosa..
i know that we have one of the best photo/video supplier in the industry.. =p
