food tasting at Josiah's
yesterday was our first ever food tasting.. and i think that will be it.. haha! i guess i wont be making appointments with other caterers na.. =p there are only six caterers that are accredited by fernwood (at least that's what i saw on their website): Josiah's, Juan Carlo, VS&F, Via Mare, Muchas Gracias and uhmmm.. i forgot the last one..
kala ko nga we wouldnt make it to eastwood (nandun showroom nila) kasi we left makati around 730pm.. traffic! buti na lang we made it.. there were still a lot of people trying on their food.. some are looking at the rings.. my pangga said he saw nice designs, but i really didnt notice that coz i was looking for marie or rhizza..
however, it was maureen who entertained us.. explained the packages to us, showed the albums containing pixs of their set up at fernwood and called on the server to give us the food..
my pangga said he liked every bit of the food that was served (i personally loved the grilled tanigue.. yummy!).. even the lengua! yuck! *barf* hehehe.. sensya na, di ako talga kumakain nun =p i tried eating just a small portion kasi sabi ni pangga, di ko naman daw malalasan na kakaiba, para lang beef.. i was doing so well, chewing it slowly.. then he made funny faces at me.. teasing me and showing his tongue.. nasuka tuloy ako (konti lang naman).. nope! that food is not for me..
before the tasting ended, my pangga and i were quite sure that we would get them.. however, we wanted to think about it for a day (and besides i forgot my list of questions.. hehe.. yep i do have a list prepared!).. we'd be going back tomorrow to make the reservation (P10000) provided i would be satisfied by their answers.. =D
*yawn*
got to go to bed now.. nyt!
